They are warm-blooded. They have hair or fur. Mammals give birth to live animals. They feed their babies with mothers milk. Mammals breathe through lungs. Most mammals have these characteristics:

Leopards and lions are both mammals.

Baby lions are called cubs. They learn to be fierce by playing with the mother lions.Lion
