Introduction Middle East countries have experienced a rapid growth in constructions in past three decades. East & West Judicial systems in the Middle East countries are different. Judicial systems in the Middle East countries are different. Islamic Law “Shari’a” is the main source for most of the rules and regulations that govern the contracts in the Middle East. Conflicts are very likely to happen when one or more of the stakeholders are not familiar with the judicial system.
