 In “Oedipus the King” choices were made to try to avoid Oedipus’s fate by defying the gods, but they actually made it happen. In this game you will make choices to not defy the gods and at the same time avoiding Oedipus’s fate.

Despite this, they have a baby and they have two options Get rid of the baby by trying to have it killed Keep the baby

 Fate vs. Free will plays a large part in the outcome of this play. Choices were made to try to prevent Oedipus’s fate from happening, but when he doesn’t know his fate or accepts it, he has no motivation to try to defy the gods.
