Principles Plan with the end in mind. Determine what characteristics you want to see in a growing disciple. Determine where persons are now in their spiritual journey. Design a plan / process to help persons grow from where they are now toward where we would like them to be (a growing disciple). Move from nonbeliever to a maturing disciple.

Principles Spiritual growth is a life-long journey. Help individuals determine the next step. Individuals do best when they can see one small step at a time. Discipleship (and all of the Christian life) is relational. Persons learn and grow from more mature believers whom they know and trust. Discipleship should be reproducible. Persons should be trained in such a way that as they mature, they can train others.
