A 10 years child named Mashud Islam Durjoy has been suffering from Lung disease since 20 days after birth in He had been treated in BD as a patient of Pneumonia and then a patient of Tuberculosis till 2006 but no improvement found.

At last in Sep’2006, he was taken to Singapore KK women’s & Children Hospital and the real disease is detected as “Chronic Granulomatous Disease due to Primary Immunodeficiency” and its only treatment is the “Bone Marrow Transplantation” which is a highly expensive one. Singapore KK women’s & Children Hospital gives an estimate for the “Bone Marrow Transplantation” is: U$. 100,

His parents already financially exhausted bearing the expenses of his treatment during the last 9 years time and have no financial ability to do the “Bone Marrow Transplantation”. Most recently Jul’2009 he was admitted into Mohakhali Chest disease Hospital & a “board of doctors” was formed by the Hosp. and the board commented (the same as Singapore Hospital) to have the Bone Marrow Transplantation as soon as possible.

The young boy is now fighting with Death. We know “the life and the death” is in the hand of ALMIGHTY….

But… What is our position… Do we want –death should win..!!! Or Life must win…!!!
