Rhetorical Analysis  What rhetorical strategies does each article use?  What are the most effective rhetorical strategies?  Who made the more convincing argument?

Evidence in Media/Society  Which gender bias seems to be more prevalent in today’s society?  Take into account when each article was written.  Examples?

Homework  Find gender biased advertisements for both males and females.  Print out these advertisements and write a one paragraph discussion on what bias the ad is showing and how they used rhetorical strategies to achieve their point.  Extra credit: Finding ads from the 1950s
