Accountability Matrix o Utilized to validate leader compliance with key “must haves”. o Implemented in January 2011, has helped improve focus, results, efficiency, and accountability. o Managers complete a monthly attestation and submit report to one up leader 5 days prior to scheduled monthly meeting with supervisor. o Resulted in more productive and meaningful operations and performance discussion. o Serves as the Pillar of leadership accountability at OU Physicians.

Metrics for Reporting * This information is directly entered by the OUP Clinic Manager into the database. Once completed, an automated is sent real-time to Admin. Assist. The manager is expected to update the Accountability Matrix no later than 5 business days before the his/her scheduled monthly meeting with One-up. The monthly meeting model template is no longer required to be completed.
