Eich Staff Speech

The Task… You will pick one staff member from Eich. This could be either a teacher, aide, office staff, principal, or custodian. All are equally important in the running of our school. Once you receive your assignment, contact them to conduct your interview. If by , use the one near the front of your planner that ends in rcsdk8.org (DO NOT use their uskids account!)

Interview Questions 1. How long have you been here and what is your job title? 2. What is the BEST part of working at Eich? 3. What one IB trait do you feel MOST represents you and why? (Caring, Reflective, Thinker, Principled, Balanced, Inquirer, Risk Taker, Communicator, Open Minded or Knowledgeable) 4. What hobby do you enjoy doing on your free time? 5. What is your favorite concert you’ve been to OR a favorite band/musician…and WHY? 6. Where is your favorite place to travel OR where would you someday like to visit and WHY? 7. What is your favorite restaurant or type of food and WHY? 8. Or make up your own… You need at least 5 questions total!

Create a Power Point or Poster! Take all the information you discovered about the teacher and display it visually! Include pictures and color to make it POP! Feel free to ask the teacher extra (appropriate) questions to make you poster more interesting! Remember your purpose of this speech it to INFORM us about the teacher, but also to ENTERTAIN us while doing that!

Introduction Hi, my name is ______________ and today I am going to share some information about an Eich staff member. I choose to speak about Mr./Mrs. __________because ______________________________.

Body This is where you put all the information from your interview questions. The minimum questions are 5…but you can do more. Remember to also put images/graphics to make the information more ENTERTAINING!

Conclusion In conclusion, I just shared some information on Mr./Mrs. ________________ that I hope you found interesting. Thanks for being a great audience!
