Description Clothing focuses on vintage, bohemian, & retro type of clothing. The store incorporates other brands such as Diesel & Betsey Johnson It’s products include apparel, accessories, as well as furniture Has over 140 locations

Objectives Build a stronger company reputation. Maintain customer loyalty To survive the current economic recession. Increase profits by at least 10% by the month of March. To increase brand awareness during the remaining days of January and the month of February.

Event: Fashion Show Fashion show – Feb. 27 Closed event. Partial proceeds will go to Red Cross for Haiti. Models will wear exclusive, not in store clothing Will be able to purchase during the show Models will wear clothing from recycled & vintage textiles. Models will wear seasons clothing.

Responsibilities Managers: In charge of daily operations & events. Manages sales and profit. Knows the schedule & the jobs of all workers. Keeps employees and events on track. Handle all occurring issues. Display Staff: Being punctual. All other workers will set up what they need. Will man their own station.

In-store Send an blast to the usual customers. New customers will get a discount card for next purchase. Employees & mannequins will wear seasons clothing. Display boards will be put out in front of store.

Advertising/ Publicity Display boards to advertise events. Media or Press present during the fashion show.

Costs & Budgets 6 models at $150 each = $900 Chairs & Tables – $250 Decorations – Table cloths - $20 Lights – $200 Other - $500 6 store employees 4 hired people –(hourly paid) 2Hair & Make-up artists – $300 each= $600 2Tech people - $300 each= $600 Display boards inside & outside, total of 6= $200 Discount cards= $100 In-store costsFashion show costs
