Structure Two carbon fiber cylinders Smaller cylinder nested inside large cylinder 25.5 cm tall Small cylinder: 14.7 cm diameter Large cylinder: 19.7 cm diameter Two-part liquid foam When mixed, solidifies into foam and expands 2 lbs per cubic foot Polystyrene foam House internal components Lexan Polycarbonate Used to cap the top and bottom of payload Keyswitches
