The Learning Agreement Professor Dianne Ford MRes DPD, Faculty of Medical Sciences

Newcastle University sets out its standards for its research programmes in the Code of Practice for Research Degree Programmes. As an MRes student you can expect us to meet these standards. The Learning Agreement will ensure that you have understood how your supervisor will support you in your research project in line with these standards and, importantly, ensure that you understand what the University and your supervisor expect of you.

The Learning Agreement You are required to indicate that you have received, understood, and accepted the expectations of your research programme by signing a formal Learning Agreement with your supervisors, within the first month of your project.
