SB 70 Cont. Faculty Internships –Focus on faculty –Expose faculty to world of work –Counselors not included due to lack of interest –Money to 10 Regional Consortium –Regional Consortium Chair/designee and County Office of Education will select Mini Grant receipients

SB 70 Intent Improve linkages and Career & Technical Education (CTE) education pathways between high schools and community colleges.

SB 70 Intent Cont. 1.Expanding certificate programs (EWDP Programs) 2.Aligning existing CTE Programs between HS and CC. 3.Integration of Business & Emerging Industries into existing CTE & EWDP Programs. 4.Creating new articulated courses between HS and CC and 4 Yr Colleges
