Every employee is part of the Life Safety Program Many of us know about tragedies when people could not escape from a burning building  Night club fires  Factory fires  House fires Life Safety Codes were developed from these tragedies. We can learn from the tragedies.

Life Safety The ability to get out of a building in an emergency Keep hallways clear of :  Obstructions, including bicycles  Combustible materials We keep exits clear and unlocked

Know your exits Learn 2 exit routes from your building Use area maps to plan your exits EXIT signs show the way out
