It would enable SME consortia of procurers with similar procurement needs of common European interest, to drive innovation from the demand side and reduce fragmentation of public sector demand in Europe.SME’s interact through one portal only. Enables interopetability of services reducing administrative overload. The solution would also develop a high degree of usability and automation with technology at TRL 6 to 7 readiness level. Encryption technology for data transmission would also be used. A saving of €2 million equates to 50 teacher posts. Global market possiblities for such an initiave.
