Imagine the 3 story apartment collapsing to the ground and you survived but you find out it was caused by an earthquake. You will find out how they are caused. You will figure out what the effects are to land and people. And, what to do to be safe in an earthquake.

Usually after an earthquake, there are effects to land and people. Some people die from earthquakes. Large cracks form in the land. Buildings can crumble to the ground. Also, bridges can collapse. Trees can fall.

Usually the news gives you a warning before it happens and these are safety precautions. If you are in your house you should go under a table or under a door. And they use a seismograph to see when the darkness will occur.

So we know you now know what to do in a earthquake.
