EVENT TIMELINE

THE SEPERATION ANXIETY The rules of game: There are a lot of different types of buttons with different colours and 5 Paper cups assigned with different colour given. Participants are to separate the buttons according to colour in 1 minutes by using one hand. They only can pick up one button at a time. Each button in the paper cup considers 1 point for the game. Equipment needed:  5 Paper cups assigned with different colour (per one game)  Buttons  1 Table  Stopwatch

THE OFFICE FLING The rules of game: There are total of 96 paper cups with different colours and unlimited of paper bullets given. Participants are given 1 minute to shoot the paper bullets into the paper cups by using the rubber that tied on chair. The different colours of paper cups consider different point for the game.  Red colour = 10 points  Black colour = 8 points  Orange colour = 6 points  Dark blue colour = 4 points  Light blue colour = 2 points  White colour = 0 point Equipment needed:  96 Paper cups assigned with different colour and pasted on mounting board  Paper Bullets  Rubbers  1 Table  1 Chair  Rope (Used to hang the mounting board) Stopwatch

VOUCHER ISSUE There are some miscommunications between partners of Doi Chaang Coffee Cyberjaya and us. One of partner from DCC (The person who gave us the 10 vouchers) had miscommunicated with her other partners. They didn’t get any notify about that she gave me the vouchers and also she was careless that actually the voucher is only valid until the end of 2015.So that why one of the partner will post on the Facebook to notify us.

FINANCIALLY Income: All the income from each of our members and the fundraising on day, the sum of total and record below:  Collect RM30 from 9 members = RM 270  Fundraising = RM163 o There had 59 participants had play game in our booth. o 15 participants spent RM5 to buy 3 round ticket. o 44 participants spent RM2 to buy 1 round ticket.  Total = RM433 Actual Cost of Work Performed (ACWP)  The main expenses of the event which is the Top 10s’ gifts, the games needs, and others.  The gifts ahd spend among RM  Games needs meant the material use to set up the games, such as mouting board, paper cups, hot glue, color paper and so on. There had spend around RM 45.  Others expenses like booth decoration, flyers only.  Total cost: RM237.70

FINANCIALLY (CONT.) RM Cost Variance Percent: 312 / x 100% = 76.18% Profit: (with our own money, RM270) (433 – 237.7) / 433 x 100% = / 433 x 100% = 45.10% Profit: (Without our own money, RM270) Total Cost: RM Profit from the event (ticket): RM 163 Percent of Profit: ( ) / 163 x 100% = / 163 x 100% = % (lost RM 74.70)
