Click the link to the Admin Portal in the right corner
Type username and password Choose Domain kleinisd.loc
The main screen is your profile. It shows you how many videos you’ve visited, how much media you’ve added to the system, and how your media has been viewed. You can add your own picture, but you can’t change your login or password information as it is linked with Active Directory.
Click Manage Channels
Click Campus Channels
Click Klein Collins High School
Find your department and Grade level. Not all channels have been set up by grade level.
Find your department and right click and choose Create
You should now see your name under your department channel. Your name will have several numbers following it.
To rename your channel, right click and choose Rename
If you wish to delete your folder, right click and select Delete
Next right click the new channel and left click Settings.
In the setting you can add a channel icon (picture for the channel). Previously loaded videos will be shown here Under Security Groups DO NOT ADD any groups.
Do not set a password for a channel Turn off the Show Videos under Parent Channel Click Save Changes.
Uploading Media…Click Media On the left hand menu select Settings
Click Edit
These are the default settings
Click Media then click Video on Demand
Enter the name of your video in the TITLE section. Video will not upload without a title
Hover over the channels (to see entire channel) highlight and click your channel click the right arrow
Copy URL from Internet address line NOT YouTube search box
Copy URL Click
Video has now been added to your account
Adding Test Questions to your video
From Admin Portal Click Media Click Video on Demand Once on your Video On Demand Screen Place your cursor in the right hand corner of the video and a menu should appear Click Edit
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Add New Question Playlist Questions are multiple-choice or free-text questions that are embedded in the video. Questions help you to determine if the viewer is understanding the content, but also is used for assurance that the viewer actively viewed the material. Edit any video and select Questions Playlist.
This is an example of a Choose question. Up to 4 answer choices can be selected. Bullet the correct answer. Click when completed

This is an example of a Complete question. Open ended questions must be graded by instructor.
This is what screen will look like when questions have been added. From this screen you can or questions.
Click Save changes after you have added all of your questions
This is an example of an Answer and Continue question While viewing the video a screen pops up with a question Once the student has filled in the answer choice they must click answer Notice the clock running in the upper right hand corner **You cannot show video in full screen or questions will not show up
This is an example of an open ended fill-in-blank question.
To get a report of student responses go back to Admin Portal ~ Click reports Then Media Questions report You will get a list of all students who viewed the video.
To see student results click on right/wrong column
Student results screen shows how the student answered each question. Correct answers are in green. Incorrect answers are in red. Complete questions are not scored.
