Jethro: Lessons We Need to Learn He was a grateful & hospitable man. –He wanted to meet the man who helped his daughters with the flock (Ex. 2:20) –He wanted to feed the man who helped his daughters with the flock (2:20) –He was kind and sympathetic to a man in need –He was trusting and helpful to a stranger –He was willing to house Moses in his home for 40 years (2:21; cf. Acts 7:30) He was a grateful & hospitable man. –He wanted to meet the man who helped his daughters with the flock (Ex. 2:20) –He wanted to feed the man who helped his daughters with the flock (2:20) –He was kind and sympathetic to a man in need –He was trusting and helpful to a stranger –He was willing to house Moses in his home for 40 years (2:21; cf. He was a grateful & hospitable man. He was a generous & helpful man. He was a respected & loved man. He had a deep reverence for God.
