What Does The Brain Do? The brain helps you to think, move, speak and lots more. It controls all the organs inside your body which includes pumping your heart and moving your muscles.
Different Chambers The biggest part of the human brain is the Cerebellum which helps you to think and memorize things such as solving math problems. The brain stem helps you keep breathing. The pituitary gland is the part that controls your growth. The hypothalamus is like a thermometer that keeps your body at the right temperature. The amygdala is a bunch of cells that controls you emotions.
How To Keep Your Brain Healthy To keep your brain healthy you need to: – Exercise your body regularly. – Eat a balanced diet. – Get enough sleep. – Be positive! – Keep your mind exercised. – Don’t drink or smoke.
