HIDA 1 Guide to Your Specialized Technical Training III ~ Your Role after You Return Home ~

© HIDA 2006 HIDA 2 Aim of the training You are in the position to get trained in Japan. You are in the position to train people after you return home. Through the training, consider what you should pay attention to in regard to both positions above.

© HIDA 2006 HIDA 4 Preparation before the training Confirm the group and pair Outline of practice  Technical Guidance Part 1: Learn the working method.  Technical Guidance Part 2, 3: Teach to the pair of groups the technique that you have learned. Check and evaluate the results regarding whether you have learned what you have been taught.

© HIDA 2006 HIDA 5 Part 1: Technical assistance Procedure  Learn how to carry out the work.  Technical guidance should be given in a separate place.  After the coordinator has shown how to make it twice, they will accept questions.  When the question and answer session has finished, each group will practice making the item. Time  From showing how to make it to practicing it, 25 minutes Points to Bear in Mind  The demonstration by the coordinator will take place in Japanese, without interpreting. However, the question and answer session will take place through an interpreter.

© HIDA 2006 HIDA 6 Teaching → Learning Use your native language for communication Time limit: 20 minutes Do the 5S activities before you start the demonstration. Clear the desk and create a suitable environment for demonstration. Part 2: Technical assistance

© HIDA 2006 HIDA 7 The group being taught will make an item the same as the sample within the time period. (At least one – no upper limit on the maximum number) Time limit: 5 minutes The group that is doing the teaching will not provide any assistance. They will be the checkers, verifying whether or not what has been taught is being carried out correctly. Part 2:Technical assistance [Check-up test & Evaluation]

Have them take an appropriate position. Demonstrate tips for teaching Effective teaching methods of work (1)
