My Utopian Society By : Payton Glover Date: 1-15-13 1

What is a utopia? A utopia is,or is meant to be, a perfect society. 2

Characteristics of a Utopia In most utopian societies, mostly everything is the same. There is usually one main leader or a group of leaders. Everything is perfect. 3

Characteristics of a Utopia Continued The residents of most utopian socities are not allowed outside of their communities. 4

My Utopia Now that you have heard of what exactly a utopian society is, here is what my utopia would be like. 6

Family Guidelines o Each family must have at least one child and one being of each gender inside of the household.

Marriage Guidelines Marriages must be requested,sent to the government,and approved.

Basic Community Rules No residents are allowed outside of their households after one in the morning. No illegal drugs or drug dealings are allowed.

Religion All religions are allowed,but Christianity is the main one. Citizens must attend church on Sunday.

Education All children are to be educated until the age of 18. Classes include: Language arts,reading,science,social studies,and math.

Jobs Jobs will be assigned through the leaders' decision at the age of 18.

Government Rules The government is a oilgarchy. All residents are allowed to vote for the leader of the society.

Medical Information Prescriptions are required to obtain any type of drugs. Doctors and medicine do not cost money.
