“Women’s leadership style is, at this point different from men’s but men can learn from an adopt women’s style and use it effectively as well”- (Atler N.J, 1993)

“ Leadership is the process of influencing and organized group toward accomplishing its goal” -Roach and Behling (1984)

“ The sexes do differ with respect to social actions” - Eagly and Johnson (1995)

Men have been found to be somewhat more self-assertive, aggressive, and coarse in their manner and language than women. Females, in contrast, have been found to be more expressive of emotion and compassion (although also quite capable of behaving aggressively; (Chesler & Simmons) (2001)

Summary of The Result

There are differences in leadership styles between males and females There are differences in leadership styles between males and females

Every gender adopt a more leadership style. Women adopt a more democratic and participative style. Men adopt a more autocratic or directive style

Females and males differ in displayed behavior Men  self-assertive, aggressive, and coarse in their manner and language Females  more expressive of emotion and compassion

Limitations of the Study No cooperation from respondents Limited source of reference Not enough time No source of money

Suggestions for further study based on the research outcome 1.Asking cooperation to those respondent that are seriously want to help 2.Focus more on time management 3.Ensure the financial is enough 4.Use more way to find the primary sources 5.Attend the meeting or discussion

Concluding Remarks As a conclusion, our survey has achieved the goal of the objectives. Both of the gender giving their best in doing a job.

∙Both gender have difference evaluation and effectiveness in leadership. ∙Definitely, leadership among men and women brings a lot of different in every perspective way.
