Wednesday, Nov. 14 th : “A” Day Thursday, Nov. 15 th : “B” Day Agenda  Ch. 3 review questions/problems?  In-class Assignments/Homework: Introduction to the Elements worksheet Atomic Number/Mass Number worksheet Isotopes Enrichment Activity worksheet Chemistry: Atoms, Mass, and the Mole worksheet  Homework: Finish worksheets

Chapter 3 review  Questions/Problems?

“Introduction to the Elements” Video Follow-Up Questions  This worksheet is a really good review of the material that we’ve covered so far in chapter 3.  Show me how smart you are by completing the worksheet without even seeing the video!

Atomic Number/Mass Number  Complete the chart of element names, atomic numbers, number of protons, number of neutrons and mass number.  Don’t forget the 3 questions on the bottom of the page!

Isotopes Enrichment Activity  Using the table of isotopes at the top of the page, answer the 8 questions.  You do not need to use complete sentences.

Chemistry: Atoms, Mass, and the Mole Worksheet  This worksheet will take you some time to complete because there’s 18 problems to solve.  Hint: The last 6, numbers 13-18, will all need 2 steps to solve…..  You may work with a partner and you MUST HOW WORK!

Looking Ahead…  If you finish early, work on the concept review and/or update your KWL chart. Chapter 3 test/concept review/KWL due: Friday, Monday, 11-19
