Formatting and Printing Worksheets Worksheet Title: describes the content of a worksheet table Column Heading: appears at the top of a column and describes the data in the column Row Heading: appears at the left of a row and describes the data in the row Range: a group of two or more cells on a worksheet –identified by Cell Reference : Cell Reference –B5:C9 Cell Reference: The cell name. Formatting a Worksheet Number Format: choose a variety of styles in which to format the numbers in your cell Conditional Formatting: apply formatting to a cell set to certain conditions (If, Then) Clear: either removes EVERYTHING from a cell or can remove just formatting, contents, etc. Lesson Slide 6
