Leadership Dialogs Appreciative Inquiry Consulting Celebrating our Strengths and our Vision for the Future  What attracted you most to LAHIDAN?  What values and strengths do Latino and Hispanic dietitians bring to ADA, other healthcare professionals, consumers and manufacturers?  If you could wave a magic wand today and make a wish that would make LAHIDAN a thriving organization for the next five years, what would that wish be?

Highlight the contributions of member dietetic professionals with significant contributions to the Association and profession f. To support leadership development and promote member service utilization g. To identify, mentor and support promising future Latino dietetic professionals h. To maintain a national resource directory of food and health professionals and those interested in supporting the organizations mission

Leadership Dialogs Appreciative Inquiry Consulting Focusing our Passion Develop the tactical strategy around 2-3 initiative. 1. First consider the impact you want from the initiative then work backwards. 2. Once you have visualized the impact you want from the initiative consider the tactical steps that will need to be made to achieve your desired impact a reality. 3. Who will be responsible for the executing? What resources will be needed to make the initiative a success? 4. How will you know when you have succeed? What measure or tools will help guide you?
