How to turn a negative exponent into a positive exponent

Step one; look for negatives If you look at you question, where are the negatives? Are they in the numerator or the denominator?

Step two; move the exponent Once you have found out where you negative is, to remove it you must simply move you exponent to the opposite side of the fraction. Ex; if the negative is a numerator, change it into a denominator.

Step three; your done! That is how you turn a negative exponent into a positive exponent
