2 PRR479 Update PRR Summary: –PRR479- IDR Optional Removal Threshold –Allows for removal of IDR meters if: Premise Load is less than 150kW for 12 months Requested by New Customer Move-In ERCOT requirements for implementation of PRR: –System changes required to align IDR Requirement Report (estimated at less than $50k) –Business process changes required in Data Aggregation group to receive/update Lodestar system with the meters removed by the CRs for applicable Move-Ins.

3 PRR479 Update PRR/Project Status: –July 20, BOD approved PRR –July 23, PRS assigned 2.1 Project Priority –ERCOT created project PR40055, but did not initiate in 2004 –Project will be moved onto the 2005 Project Priority List. –Projects with a Priority of less than 1.2 will likely fall below the budgeted cut-line for projects and not be worked in Next Steps: –PRS is the sub-committee that sets project priorities RMS could consider a motion to recommend that PRS reprioritize PRR479 as a Priority of _._ An individual Market Participant can directly approach PRS with a recommended change in project priority.
