Birthdays Parents may send in a special snack (cupcakes, cookies, donuts, etc.) to be consumed at lunch. We have several allergies in our class. It would be best if you brought in store bought treats with the ingredients listed on the package.

I now have a list of how each child goes home. If you need to make a change, please send in a written note. Do not send changes to me by as I may not get a chance to check before the end of the day. Also, please make any calls regarding dismissal to the office before 2:00 pm.

ClassDojo is a web based program which allows teachers to track students’ behaviors (positive AND negative) easily and efficiently. Given positive points for things like being on task, being respectful, participating, or working hard Points can be taken away if students are off task, talking out, or unprepared. Students will be able to “cash in” their points for different prizes and coupons. Once your child loses a point, a number will be put in their behavior chart indicating why they lost the point. They may have to walk the thinking trail depending on why they lost his/her point.

Thank you for sending in school supplies and items from my wish list! Students may bring in a water bottle if they want one. Please send only bottles with the pop-top lids.
