Cisco Confidential Before a customer or partner user wants to obtain contracted services, they must request access via Cisco.com Profile Manager. Beginning in early 2016, all requests will be systematically evaluated to determine whether the user is authorized to the service. If all validations pass, the user will be automatically granted access. The following visual demonstration describes how requests are submitted, validated, routed for review (as needed), and fulfilled. How Users get Access to Cisco Services

Cisco Confidential Systematic Validation Checks How a User Obtains Access with Automation User requests services access to a contract via Cisco.com Profile Manager User’s request passes validation. Access is granted and association is made.
