ABOUT US Foundation „ERGO SUM” was established on 09 April 2008 from the initiative of foundators: Joanna Błażejowska and Magdalena Malinowska. The Foundation is an independent initiative and it is not subordinate to any other organizations. The Foundation cooperates with many institutions and companies in Poland and Europe. Our main aim is to act for the benefit of women, disabled and young people. We are implementing good practices in gender issues and promote equal opportunities of women and men in all areas of life. We believe that thanks to our activities, Foundation „ERGO SUM” will contribute to activisation of women and other groups on the labour market in Poland.

AIMS Main aims of Foundation ERGOSUM are as follows: Promotion of equality of women and men; Acting for the elimination of sex-based discrimination in work place; Promotion of new technologies among women; Promotion of entrepreneurship among women; Promotion of disabled people on the open labour market Promotion of any group discriminated on the labour market Motivation of women in work place Support for abused women

ACTIVITIES Foundation is achieving its goals through the following activities: Labour market research, Training, Publishing, Seminars
