Purpose BHAVITREAT DMF is a very effective de foamer and paper stock de aerator. It is very persistent, therefore one addition point normally gives good foam control throughout the system. It assists in the clean running of the paper machine since it helps disperse soil flotation, and it does not contribute to pitch accumulation. BHAVITREAT DMF does not affect sizing or paper strength when used at normal addition levels. BHAVITREAT DMF being a fluid water based emulsion is easy to use. Application : BHAVITREAT DMF is usually added as received via a specially designed air pump. The optimum quantity and points of addition are determined by trial. Typically, 300 ml per tonne of paper, added to the wire pit usually works very well.

Benefits : BHAVITREAT DMF is a 30% active product and shows excellent performance in the control of foams by significantly reducing the entrained air content. It is very effective even at low concentrations and facilitates smoother pump operation, transport. BHAVITREAT DMF leaves no residues in the pipes or valves of the equipment used. Storage : Treat like a normal water based emulsion; avoid freezing and keep the container closed when not in use. Precautions : Any spillages of the product should be washed away with cold water.
