Wednesday, September 11 Objective: I will continue working on my final draft and presentation and use proper MLA format. Standards: Writing Applications 2.1 Journal Question: What have you been doing to prepare for your presentation so far?

Mini-lesson: MLA Format MLA means Modern Language Association Set of rules that guide how to format a paper / use citations Essays need to be typed preferably! MLA format is commonly used in UCs!

Final Draft Checklist This needs to be completed and attached to the end of your final draft. It will help you remember what to include!

Student Learning Goals You have have the first page completed and checked. Complete mid-unit assessment (2 nd page) Ms. U will check you off.

Computer Cart You MUST sign in and out! First choice to students who do not have computers at home. Use google docs OR a flash drive! You cannot save files onto the desktop – they will be erased!
