2010 – Program Evaluation Study 2011 – Hired part-time consultant, revised curriculum, up to $45 fee 2013 – Approved Driver Education Strategic Plan, Established Driver Education Advisory Committee, up to $55 fee 2014 – Up to $65 fee, ANSTSE Technical Assistance in August 2015 – State Assessment Completed – May 8, 2015, awaiting final report

Taught in 115 School Districts 58 Commercial Schools, 57 “in-house” Only 2 use online instruction only Most are traditional, with more moving to a “blended model” Driver Education is taught to all public, private, charter, home and federal school students Can get permit at age 15 with DE Must wait until 18 if no DE
