Presentation transcript:

The government asked the Law Commission to write better rules.

Will protective care work? What should it look like?

Under supportive care how should people decide where you live? What would make you safe?

Do you agree with the conditions of restricted care? What would make you safe?

When should you have to go to hospital under restrictive care? What would make you safe?

Should there only be one type of advocate to support anyone in protective care? Who else should be able to support you?

Should there be someone to help you make decisions? How would they work?

Should people be able to decide in advance if they agree with losing their liberty? What would make it safe?
