Each student is required to get a composition book for History. Every day, you will use your journal to record warm ups, take notes, complete DIYs, paste in organizers and other helpful strategies Journals are to be turned in to the GREEN BINS located to the table. Journals

JOURNALS MUST STAY IN THEIR DESIGNATED BIN AND CANNOT BE TAKEN HOME UNLESS THEY ARE CHECKED OUT TO STUDY. YOU MUST CHECK IT BACK IN THE FOLLOWING SCHOOL DAY! IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP UP WITH YOUR JOURNAL AND PLACE IT IN THE PROPER PLACE IF IT IS LOST, IT IS ALSO YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO RE-DO ALL PREVIOUS PAGES IN YOUR JOURNAL! Journals

I will grade journals weekly to make sure that all DIYs and notes are taken. We will have daily discussions and EVERY student must participate! If there is an assignment that is not given in your notebook, it must be turned in to the designated spot. DO NOT PLACE ANYTHING IN MY HANDS! DIYS AND GRADES

Each student/ group will be given a rubric for every project. MAKE SURE THAT YOUR READ THE RUBRIC AT LEAST 3 TIMES TO GAIN UNDERSTANDING IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT ANY PORTION OF THE PROJECT, DON’T WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO ASK. Project grades
