NT5xx/NS0154 Firmware Update for Media Relay Gateway Additional port forwarding at NS PBX end router for NT5xx and NS0154 Media Relay Gateway is required for remote firmware updates to be successful – the configuration required to make MRG work is not sufficient. The following images explain required configuration

NS Firmware Update Port NOTE: Either location can be used to change the port number used

NS FTP Server Data Transfer Ports FTP data port range is used as configured under Server Feature > FTP

PBX end Router Configuration Port forwarding/open ports required to PBX
