Made up of elected officials from countries that belong to the EU. This group works with the European Parliament to pass laws proposed by the European Commission.
Is made up of 27 people Chosen by member states governments. Nominated by their government and approved by the European Parliament.
One judge per member country. This group decides if the laws passed by the Parliament and Council are fair.
