2.0 1: Matching Screen improvements

2.0 Matching Screen We have added a new commencement date filter To use it:  Click on the red calendar.  Select your month from the drop down.  Then your year from the drop down.  Then click the day.  YOU MUST ALSO SET THE TO DATE

2.0 Matching Screen We have improved some of the filters for you so that they contain range of numbers. This makes them much easier to use.

2.0 Matching Screen We have reduced the number of columns in Matching screen 3. From 4 to 1!

2.0 Matching Screen We have reduced the column sizes AND the number of scroll bars and the amount of scrolling in Screen 3.

2.0 Matching Screen You are now able to highlight a row in matching, just click anywhere on that row and then when you scroll across you will have a clear idea of what data you are reviewing. Then if applicable you can tick the short list box.

2.0 OSCAR 2.0 What’s been accomplished… 2 main things: A new model for OSCAR news, questions, ideas, best practice, improvements, communications…. Plus a whole set of new tools and improved functionality Let’s look at these in detail…..

2.0 The new OSCAR operating model: What does this look like?

2.0 What is an OSCAR Champion? One for each office The local contact for all OSCAR issues / questions The link to the SUG team member for the region

2.0 What is OSCAR Connect? A website that was launched to house all OSCAR information / news / training. A place to connect with other Counsellors in discussion groups and vote on ideas. A place for the SUG to discuss changes to the system.

2.0 What is the OSCAR SUG? SUG = Super User Group A Team of 14 Regional representatives who have a regular teleconference call and their own section on OSCAR Connect They are forward thinking about OSCAR and constantly striving to look for ways in which to plan the evolution and growth of OSCAR for now, and into the future They balance the network’s need for OSCAR changes against realistic budget, system and capability constraints

So what’s OSCAR going to do next? A survey will be sent out shortly to get your feedback on what you thought SUG will be responsible for ongoing changes The OSCAR Training will be transformed into a module approach (with a training environment) OSCAR connect will be your main tool to suggest ideas and stay connected
