Things to remember for Grade 10  Ensure that you have earned all 8 credits from Grade 9, If Not, Then:  Summer School – If you need a New Credit or Upgrade  Upgrade Credit – 40% - 49% = 2 weeks  Upgrade Credit – Under 40% = 4 weeks  New Credit = 4 weeks  Summer school signup forms will be available the start of May

Things to remember for Grade 10 Successful at Applied level course?  You can choose Academic level courses for grade 10, with the one exception being math  Choose your Academic level carefully. There is no switching between Academic and Applied courses after Grade 10. What to do about Math?  You can still go to University if you take Applied Level Math

Things to remember for Grade 10  Choose Courses carefully: No switching of Electives  If you don’t have your ART credit then Grade 10 is the best year to take it  Fyi: Some art courses are University level classes in your grade 12 year  ELearning courses are available: Media Studies, Civics & Careers. Separate application forms for these courses are available in Student Services.

Go to and login. Use your address and password to log in.

Click on the `High School Planner`button. Note that course selection is now enabled! Click on the ``High School Planner`` button.

Once you have completed your course selections, click on the ``Submit`` button

You should see a green check mark beside each course that you selected indicating that there are no issues.

Select the course you wish to take. Read the course description and check to make sure that you have the prerequisite.

You can click on the ``Course Progression Chart`` to view the progression of courses in the subject area.

Click on the ``Add Course`` button to select the course.

Once you have selected all of your courses and 2 alternates, you should have something like this!

Click on the ``View Progress`` button.

Select the pathway that you are considering for post-secondary.

Click on the ``Confirm and Print`` button. You can return to your plan if you are not ready to submit.

You will receive a message indicating that you can only submit your courses once. Click ``OK``.

You may receive a second message indicating that the ``Sign- Off Sheet window was blocked. Click ``OK``.

Click on the ``Print Sign-Off Sheet`` button.
