Transferring photos from camera

Move the first window to the top-left corner of the desktop. Open a window for the folder into which you want to copy the photos

Move the ‘destination’ window to the lower-right area of the desktop. In the ‘origin’ window, highlight the photos you wish to copy. Click and drag the selected photos to the ‘destination’ window. Close the ‘origin’ window. Put the memory chip back in the camera.

Edit the photos in Picasa Open Picasa Navigate to the folder that you copied the new photos into. Check that they are rotated, colour balanced, cropped, touched up for red-eye, and straightened Add captions to each photo

Post your photos to a web album Select the photos Click on the Upload icon Enter the name of the album

Editing your web album Add captions Select one photo to be the “Cover” image Re-arrange the order, if necessary

Sharing your web album Click on “Share” Enter the addresses of the people you want to see your album Write a short note Click on send
