Paperwork ◦ Authorisations have to be renewed yearly ◦ Medical notes for allergies, exemptions, special diets etc., too ◦ Prescriptions for medicine in diaries

Diaries ◦ Complete first page with several contact numbers ◦ Written notes more effective than oral messages at the door. ◦ NO children allowed to leave without written message ◦ Children start write own messages
