Contains: Outcomes – the Curriculum Bank Outcomes – the Curriculum Bank All outcomes are stored here. You can use different achievement scales by organising outcomes under different outcome types. Each outcome can be assigned indicators. Comments – the Comment Bank Comments – the Comment Bank All comments are stored here. It is simply a bank of data, and not everything here needs to be used. ReportCard2.0 Courses Courses Contains: Course Designs Course Designs Select and view what items will be used in a particular course, e.g. tests, grades, outcomes, comments. Manage Comment Sets Manage Comment Sets Organise comments from the Comment Bank into Comment Sets, that are assigned to courses.

ReportCard2.0 Administration Administration Contains: Management Tools Management Tools Check for software updates, setup automatic backups, check the teacher status and EAS queue, change school preferences, lock the database etc. Data Tools Data Tools Create OASIS import disks, perform a rollover, compress files for transfer.

ReportCard2.0 Reports Reports Contains: Design and edit layouts Design and edit layouts Design and build layouts and edit them using MS Word. Results ReportCard2.0 Results Contains: The MarkBook The MarkBook View and edit the results of any class, and analyse performance with graphs. The Advanced MarkBook allows unlimited test columns where special calculations can be made. Pastoral Comments Pastoral Comments Mainly for senior teachers, you can view a particular student’s results, including teacher comments, and add your own comments that can be used on the reports.

ReportCard2.0 Analysis Analysis Contains: Graphs Graphs View outcome achievements by year, sex, faculty, class, teacher etc. Graphs are completely customisable, including 3D views.
