The World Health organization (WHO) defined health in 1946 as "a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity”. In humans, health is the general condition of a person's mind and body, usually meaning to be free from illness, injury or pain.
FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE YOUR HEALTH: Heredity. Environment. Lifestyle. Socio - economic conditions. Education. Health services. Nutrition.
Healthy diet. Enough sleep. Stay focused. Exercise. Mental exercise and stimulation. Surround yourself with a great support system. Deal with your emotions. Do not stiffle them. Keep your thoughts positive. Laugh often.
Base your meals on starchy foods. Eat more fish. Cut down on saturated fat and sugar. Eat less salt. Get active. Don't get thirsty. Don’t skip breakfast.
