 Concept of health.  Factors that influence your health.  Tips for a healthy life.  Eating healthy.

 The World Health organization (WHO) defined health in 1946 as "a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity”.  In humans, health is the general condition of a person's mind and body, usually meaning to be free from illness, injury or pain.

FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE YOUR HEALTH:  Heredity.  Environment.  Lifestyle.  Socio - economic conditions.  Education.  Health services.  Nutrition.

 Healthy diet.  Enough sleep.  Stay focused.  Exercise.  Mental exercise and stimulation.  Surround yourself with a great support system.  Deal with your emotions. Do not stiffle them.  Keep your thoughts positive.  Laugh often.

 Base your meals on starchy foods.  Eat more fish.  Cut down on saturated fat and sugar.  Eat less salt.  Get active.  Don't get thirsty.  Don’t skip breakfast.
