If not the work item can be discarded or kept for further investigations / discussions. 4.Create a motion to the WG to start a SG to be approved by a straw poll. All attendees have voting rights. 5.The WG to approve the SG motion. 6.The SG charter is to produce the PAR and 5C documents required by IEEE-SA to approve a new TG.
