SUMMARY Ist Quarter: to Inauguration of the maiden FTE project of JJRT-191 at Bhawanipura, Reengus Charter of Jaipur Chapter of Circling viz. Jaipur Jewelcity Ladies Circle rd AGM at Kumbalgarh (near Udaipur) where all tablers stayed there at a resort for two nights making it a memorable AGM Fellowship events within the table such as pizza/pasta party and cards party Joint fellowship between all three tables of Jaipur namely JPRT-171, JHRT-185 and JJRT-191 in honor of Tr. Peter Suy from RT-21, Belgium Being host to Cr. Kjersty, President of LC International at one of our Socials’ Sending Cakes to all Tablers on their Anniversaries and on Birthday of all Twinklers

The maiden FTE project of JJRT-19 was inaugurated on 15 th August 2009

The School was inaugurated by Area 5 AVC Tr. Sanjay Porwal, Chairman of JJRT- 191 Tr. Kartik Jaithalia and IPC Tr. Mahesh Agnani. An extension of 2 classrooms along with installation of swings and constructing a volleyball court was undertaken and completed by JJRT-191. JJLC-117 distributed copies and pencils along with snacks to the children of school.

The villagers gave the tablers and the Circlers a warm welcome and graced the tablers with Rajasthani Turbans and garlanded the Circlers. The Sarpanch, School Principal and the local villagers thanked JJRT-191 for bringing revolutionary changes in the field of education to their village.

The Jaipur chapter of Circling was initiated by the ladies of JJRT-191 and a Circle (Jaipur Jewelcity Ladies Circle-117) was formed.

3 rd AGM of JJRT-191 at Kumbalgarh

Fellowship: Tr. Nainesh Grover has organised a Pasta/Pizza party at his residence which was attended and enjoyed by all. Tr. Udai Mehta hosted a cards party at his residence which was fun and the host had a good hand that day. We all went out for drinks and dinner at Le Meridian and had a blast.

All three tables of Jaipur viz. JPRT-171, JHRT-185 and JJRT-185 organised Joint Fellowship with Tr. Peter Suy of RT-21, Belgium

We had the honor to be host to Ladies Circle International Chairperson Ms. Kjersty and her husband and they were also invited to our social hosted by Tr. Kapil Bhargava

As an initiative to promote the feeling of oneness amongst the fellow members of table and their respective families, we send cakes on the birthdays of all Twinklers and on the anniversaries of tablers.

ACTION PLAN FOR 2nd QUARTER: JJRT-191 is organizing a POLO fundraiser match on 10 th October 2009 followed by drinks, dance and dinner. A joint fundraiser in the form of ‘Movie Premier’ would be planned with JJLC Prospect Dr. Rahul Bhayana would be inducted as a tabler and further extension of 2 new members would take place in the 2 nd quarter. External extension at Jodhpur is in the pipeline jointly with other tables of Rajasthan. Action plan for the fellowship week is being prepared and shall be floated soon which should be quite happening.

ACTION PLAN FOR 2nd QUARTER: Joint project by tables of Jaipur (JPRT-171, JHRT-185 and JJRT-191) has been finalized and the same shall hopefully commence by the end of 2 nd quarter. At the publicity front, TV99 has agreed to become the media partner of RTI and shall cover all events of Round Table across India. A letter of confirmation shall be floated soon with that regards. Talks are on with Radio Mirchi 98.3 FM to promote and publicize Round Table and create awareness for the same. Salsa classes shall be organized by JJRT-191 as HR activity for which already number of confirmations have been received.
