Girls will sign up in either Mrs. Valadez’s or Mrs. Demerly’s room. Boys will sign up in either Mrs. Maldonado’s or Mrs. Henderson’s room. Sign up will begin Wednesday, March 12 th during connect time. Report to your connect time teacher for attendance first. Those who are unable to sign-up on Wednesday, can sign up Thursday 3/13 or Friday 3/14 between 8:45 and 9:00. If you have not signed up by Monday, March 15th, you will be randomly placed in a room.
There will be 4 to a room. Please come with a group of four to sign up. If you have less than 4, then others will probably be assigned to your group. All 4 members of the group must be present to sign up. You cannot sign up anyone who is absent or somewhere else in the building. If a roommate is absent on Wednesday, wait to sign up together when they return on Thursday.
Teachers and administrators have the right to change rooms if they deem it necessary. No changes to room assignments will be made so choose your roommates wisely, you will spend the entire trip with them! Any Questions?
