How to set up your audio Go to “Meeting”, then work your way through “Audio Set Up Wizard”

Chat window Feel free to ask questions or make comments in the chat box. However, please keep comments relevant so as not to distract speaker. If you wish to talk to other participants, please use private chat.

How to give us feedback Go to top of screen on the left. Click on symbol of man raising Hand. Click on drop down menu & choose appropriate option

How to ask a question or make a comment You can use the chat window to ask question or make comment. If you want to speak to ask a question, please put your hand up. The host will then “enable” your microphone so you can speak.

Connect your microphone Once the host has given you the microphone, you will see a symbol of a mic next to your name in the attendee's box. To speak, click on mic symbol at the top, next to speaker symbol. “Allow” access to Flash Player. You know you can speak because the mic will turn from white to green with a star.

If people tell you they cannot hear you in the chat box, click on the microphone symbol and Adjust Microphone Volume” When you have finished talking ”disconnect” your microphone
