What is Memorial Day? Memorial Day (originally Decoration Day) is a day set aside to remember those who died in service to the US. USMemorialDay.org

Your Mission You will listen to an NPR broadcast about Memorial Day while you: write a rough draft of the interior message to our fallen soldiers, sketch a cover design using appropriate symbols for Memorial Day, use a 5.5”x8.5” piece of paper to create a card befitting a fallen soldier in the service of his or her country.
