2 Verification. 1.Measure 10 assembled parts according to Simon antenna Measurement instruction. 2.Add the measure result in to the Antenna calibration template. 3.If the deviation is less then 0, 05 the jig trimming is OK, If not trim according to instructions below.

3 DeviationAdjustment - x + x Calibrate Dimension number (3) 0,59 ± Fasten the jig on to a flat steel plate. Both Jig and Dial Indicator shall be fixed on the same ground without and relative movement. 5.Check that all six adjustment screws are tightened with light pressure and fixating the plate position. 6.Put the Dial Indicator on surface A. 7.Loosen the fixing screws, still fixing in Z- direction. 8.Loosen one of the opposite adjustment screws and tighten the other to move the guide. Check the position on the Dial Indicator. When correct tighten both adjustment screws with light pressure. Check the Dial Indicator. Dial Indicator Put the Dial Indicator on surface A. Four fixing screws Adjustment screw 45 º rotations on the adjustment screw give about 0.06 mm

4 DeviationAdjustment - x + x Calibrate Dimension number (2) 7,35 ± Put an Dial Indicator on surface B 10.Loosen one of the opposite adjustment screw to allow to tighten the other and move the jig according to Deviation in the calibration report. Check the position on the Dial Indicator. When correct tighten both adjustment screws with light pressure. Check the Dial Indicator 11.Move the Dial Indicator to surface C. 12.Repeat point 10 for the other side. 13.Tighten the four fixing screws. 14.Repeat point 1 to 3 to verify the calibration. Dial Indicator Put the Dial Indicator on surface B and after that surface C Four fixing screws Adjustment screw 45 º rotations on the adjustment screw give about 0.06 mm
