* Current state of health= 90% good to excellent & less than 240 geratric specialists in Canada * Needed for good health= exercise, nutrition, social activities, engagement in work and play * 15% increase in senior's “DEBT LOAD” - consumption

RETIREES (Faculty & Staff) ( Soft Evidence and some hard evidence from surveys ) * Fewer Faculty and Staff retiring before 67+ * More Retirees' Associations are self-sufficient & have a greater capacity for social and educational activities * Newer retirees achieving more items on the bucket lists. * Advocacy is mainly important when it affects one personally and /or as an Association.
